Madrid, 21 de diciembre de 2010.- El Comité de Medicamentos de Uso Humano (CHMP) de la Agencia Europea de Medicamentos ha emitido la opinión positiva para el uso de Xiapex ® (Colagenasa de Clostridium histolyticum) en el tratamiento de la contractura de Dupuytren en pacientes adultos con cuerda palpable. Xiapex® es un innovador medicamento biológico, y el primer tratamiento inyectable que se recomienda para su aprobación en la Unión Europea para esta enfermedad, que actualmente se trata con cirugia.La opinión positiva del CHMP, que se sustenta en los resultados de dos estudios pivotales, (Collagenase Option for Reduction of Dupuytren’s -CORD I y CORD II)-, será ahora revisada por la Comisión Europea, cuya decisión se espera para el primer trimestre de 2011. Pfizer tiene los derechos de comercialización de la Colagenasa de Clostridium histolyticum en Europa y Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, en el resto del mundo. Ik heb hier een horloge geboekt. Toen ik dit horloge ontving, was ik erg blij, de kwaliteit is hetzelfde als ik had gedacht, er is geen verschil, de versie van dit horloge is nog steeds zeer positief, kan in principe niet verkeerd kiezen, waar voor je geld, deze site is erg krachtig, Sterk aanbevolen.
